"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

"And Yahushua said to him, 'If you can! All things are possible to him who believes.'"

"Then He touched their eyes, saying, 'According to your faith be it done to you."

Psalm 20:4-5

(v:4) "He does give you according to you heart. And fills all your plans!" (v:5) "We sing of Your deliverance, And in the Name of our Elohim we set up a banner! YHWH does fill all your requests!"

Psalm 145:18-19

(v:18) "YHWH is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth." (v:19) "He does the desire of those who fear Him; And He hears their cry and saves them."

1-John 5:14

"And this is the boldness that we have in Him, that if we ask whatever according to His desire, He hears us."

WHATEVER WE ASK MUST BE ACCORDING TO AND WITHIN HIS LAW. HE OPERATES WITHIN HIS LAW.

• We must believe YHWH/Messiah exists,
• believe He rewards those who seek Him,
• abide in Messiah,
• fear YHWH,
• ask in prayer,
• call upon Him in truth,
• believe that we have received our request,
• and the request is according to His desire/law.

The only thing He doesn't promise is WHEN He will full-fill our requests/petitions. Although, believe that He will! And, believe whatever He does or doesn't do, it is for our own good because He loves us.
